Stacy Li is a multimedia artist exploring color, texture, and their personal history through layered and textured compositions. Though currently Portland-based, Li immigrated from Taiwan with their family when they were young, and lived across the US in Kansas, Virginia and Maryland. 

They find inspiration in their lived experience as a Taiwanese-American, as well as in the stories of their ancestors. Representation is important to Li, and it is something that they did not experience growing up;  they hope to help serve as a role model for others with similar histories.
