Professional Studio Program

Our Studio Program provides artists with professional space, materials, and individualized support to develop their individual art practice. Once artists have a cohesive collection of work, the studio connects artists with opportunities to exhibit, sell, and promote their work.

Eligibility for Professional Studio Program

  • Have autism or an intellectual/developmental disability.

  • Demonstrate a serious interest in exploring creative self-expression through the arts.

Membership Includes

    • Support communicating with clients, managing commissions, and pricing artwork

Membership Options:

up to 6 studio hours p/week: $115/month 
up to 8 studio hours p/week: $165/month
up to 12 studio hours p/week: $215/month

Studio Hours:

Monday: 10a - 2:30p
Tuesday, Wednesday: 10a - 3p
Thursday: 12p - 5p
Friday: 10a - 3p

Application to the Studio Program.

North Pole Studio is currently not accepting applications for the Studio Program.  North Pole Studio is soliciting inquiries from artists who have two or more of the following life experiences:

 

•       Were formerly institutionalized

•       Require significant supports in their daily lives.

•       Need support for ADLs

•       Are unable to schedule or access transportation on their own

•       Are unable to live independently

•       Use augmented communication

•       Are aged 60+

•       Require ongoing disability-related support to develop, create, and sustain a professional art practice.

 

All studio artists should be interested in creating original artwork that expresses their unique perspective and pursuing opportunities to exhibit, sell, and share their artwork in pursuit of professional opportunities as an artist.

 

Artists who have two (2) or more of these criteria are encouraged to inquire.
